Pilates

We offer a variety of Fitness and Flexibility classes by highly qualified teachers. Within all our classes we aim to make you our priority, through individual goals and personal attention.  Meet people, get fit and have fun.  To join we offer 1 week trials of Barre fitness and stretch. For pilates we recommend taking a private introduction class or a Pilates introduction course. Drop us an email for more information or to book.
