Get flexibility the SAFE way!
This class starts with a fun and engaging warm up, followed by loosening of the joints, before using stretching exercises alongside strengthening movements to increase range of movement safely. These stretches are intense, however no long lasting discomfort from the stretches should be felt and the stretches should gain instant results. This is due to our belief in holding the correct posture and technique during the stretches, while slowly moving through the stretches in a controlled manner, to improve Flexibility safely (no pain the next day). Each stretch has different levels so whether someone is unable to touch their toes or can go into the splits, everyone will gain from this class.
